 All items located in the sale section are final sale.

If your jewelry arrived damaged, email us at snfcollaboration@gmail.com within 7 business days of receipt so that we can email you a return label at no fee. Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving a return label. After the time frame stated, your item will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your item and receive store credit within 14 days of receipt. All Item(s) must be in unused condition, no sign of damage or wear, all packaging must be included with your return. 

After receiving your item, we inspect it for signs of wear and tear. If found in returnable condition, we will refund the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges.
